Gerhard is a graduate of Gustavus Adophus College in St. Peter Minnesota with a B.S. in Chemistry and German. He began his career as a research chemist in composite polymers at Cargill in Minneapolis in 1986. Over the next 25 years he held a variety of positions in the composite polymer industry. Gerhard is responsible for developing and executing Andara’s business plan including sales and marketing activities.
Ken was educated at the United States Air Force Institute and Ohio State. He has served in an executive capacity at a number of urethane and manufacturing companies. Ken has been running the business since its inception as Composites Technology and on through the formation of Andara LLC. He is highly regarded in the industry for his innovative resin problem solving capabilities. He is a valued consultant to BF Goodrich, John Deere, Navistar, Mark III, Arctic Cat, Polaris, Kenworth, and others.
Richard Anders is the LLC’s Director of Product Development and performs oversight functions for technical support. He was educated at Southwestern Michigan University and Kellogg Community College. He has worked with urethane systems and materials since 1984. He has served as Product Development Technician for several companies, and immediately prior to joining Composite Technology, worked as Senior Process Engineer for Manchester Plastics, Interior Division. Rich has been formulating and providing technical service for NOVOC® resins since 1992.
